For your better orientation in this list of items we have inserted here an explanation about the structure of our material numbers. In the explanation you will see that our material numbers are built following a logical structure which will make it easier for you to find a wanted item. It will be explained what groups of items are existing and how you can determine material numbers via the level, the set or the group of items. The explanation you will find under Intranet\Vertrag\Dateien zu Vertragsanlagen. If you don't have access to our Intranet because you're no German Instructor please contact your person in charge at Düsseldorf Office via E-Mail, they will send you a pdf file.
Range of items available for order
The range of items you can order is defined by the number of subjects you offer in your centre. This range is part of the contract and should be defined there.
Non chargeable items
Non chargeable items are items which will be delivered by KUMON free of charge and they stay in the ownership of KUMON as long as they are not consumed in an appropriate way by enrolled KUMON students or trail students during trail periods.The items can be recognized by their price of 0.00 € and belong mostly to the item groups 1 and 2. For these items you only have to pay the shipping costs.
Chargeable items
Chargeable items you will, find in item group 3. The selling prices mentioned are net prices plus the actual German VAT of 19%; exemptions of this are books, for books the actual German VAT is 7%. All prices are “ex stock” plus shipping costs. For instructors outlying of Germany the payment of VAT is regulated by EU acts depending on if the instructor is located inside or outside the EU and with VAT identification number or not.
Promotion items
Materials used for promotion you will find in item group 5 – these items are partly chargeable items; you can recognise that by the mentioned net selling prices.
All prices are “ex stock” plus shipping costs. For the non chargeable promotion items for instructors with German contract are contingents existing; these contingents define how many promotion items can be ordered free of charge in a defined period of time. An exceedance of contingents will be charged. The price per piece for that case must be requested. The information of which items in which contingents are free of charge for German instructors will be revised at the moment. On request we can inform you about the actual contingents.
